Group Consultation

Two IFS consultation groups are scheduled to start September, 2026.

 

Groups begin with a check in and meditation, followed by case consultations and possible demos. The group is limited to six participants, with a minimum of four. The sessions are on zoom, on either Wednesdays or Fridays, from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM, Eastern time (GMT-5).

As an IFS Certified Level 3 therapist and an IFS Approved Clinical Consultant, these sessions can count towards IFS certification. I have over 20 years’ experience as a therapist. I have been deeply involved in IFS since 2007 and have focused on Somatic IFS (SIFS) since 2010. I have a rich background in integrating somatic practices into my work and have extensive experience assisting IFS trainings and SIFS retreats and trainings. I thoroughly enjoy assisting people to deepen and expand their IFS practice. I utilize a body-centered approach and a more traditional IFS approach as seems helpful. I am deeply respectful of protectors. I am very experienced in working with polarities including those around addiction, with direct access and with legacy burdens and heirlooms.

The inclusive cost for the four session series is $260 USD, paid in advance (wire transfer, Wise, Zelle, or check).

Individual Consultation

​

Individual consultation is by appointment.  The cost is $175 for a 50 minute session.
