IFS Women's Retreat 
A Body-Focused IFS Retreat

We invite you to take some time with your Self, your parts and community at this mountaintop, paradise location. Experience transformative potential for your personal and professional life. You will have the opportunity to participate in full-group experiential exercises, lively discussions, and small group work.  

 

This retreat is for women who are experienced in IFS: formal IFS training, IFS programs, or IFS therapy.  You are welcome to bring a non-participating guest.

 

You will be spiritually nourished by the lush garden and amazing bird songs. The beautiful surroundings, the saltwater pool, and the hot tub enhance the retreat. The optional world-class bodywork sessions and a choice of eco-adventures further support your experience. Wednesday is set aside for an eco-excursion. We will have free time after lunch daily, and will have most evenings free. You are welcome to bring a non-participating guest.

The program begins at 5 PM on Sunday, April 19, and ends after sundown on Saturday April 25. You can depart anytime after sundown on Saturday.  The prices on the room option list are based on Saturday departure, and you have the option of booking extra nights.

The per person price of the retreat depends on your accommodation. The cost for all room choices includes room and board for 6 nights, the retreat program fee, and airport transportation to and from SJO airport and Pura Vida Spa. Optional spa treatments, and/or staying extra nights are an additional cost.
